We are all about transparency and accountability here at Discosapien Records. We want each and every one of our artists to feel secure in the knowledge that they will be fully compensated for their hard work on each release. We are a non-profit record label with the profits from each release going towards the hourly compensation of our staff and the expenses associated with doing business. The rest goes directly to our artists. We use a standard 50/50 split recording contract agreement for performance and sync royalties. Our contract is non-exclusive, meaning our artists are free to work with anyone else they like on other releases. Royalties payments are allocated each quarter upon request beginning one quarter after each release.
